I have worked at Tops for over 5 years as a physiotherapy assistant and have expanded my role over the years through various courses and from hands on experience. I have completed a foundation degree in rehabilitation as well as a diploma in reflexology and I am also a qualified gym instructor. This year I am continuing my studies at Huddersfield University by completing my degree in physical activity, exercise and health.

My role at Tops is varied and everyday is different I could be assisting the physios in helping a patient to walk, taking a head injury client through a fitness programme, giving a reflexology treatment, fixing and adjusting a wheelchair, supervising the gym area or doing a spray tan as well as reception and front of house duties.

In my spare time I like to play netball and have an active social life as some of you may know!
