I have been working as  fitness instructor at Tops Fitness since March 2010. I am currently doing an NVQ in Exercise and Fitness and am enjoying increasing my knowledge.

I enjoy the social aspect of Tops, you get to know clients by name and feel comfortable chatting to everyone. The staff are easy going and welcoming, this makes my place of work and good place to be!

My role is expanding and you will now see me on reception. I am also involed in the special packages for ladies preparing for their wedding day, this is an exciting new development we are bringing to Tops.
