I have always been active and interested in keeping fit and healthy. I was a competive ice dancer and achieved a place in the junior olympic squad. After completing a degree at Leeds University, I have gone on to add numerous fitness qualifications and am now a Level 4 Fitness instructor. Apart from running pilates classes and I also work as a cardiac rehab instructor and do freelance exercise instructor and assessor.
