PILATES
Developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system that will improve core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion
The core fundamentals are based on thorough understanding of the anatomy of the human body. The Pilates Teacher uses this information to create a comprehensive programme, with the aim of restoring a greater sense of balance. It is a holistic approach recommended by physiotherapists, osteopaths and GPs.
