Heres my Protein Timings for Maximum Muscle Growth :

1) Start your day with protein as your body is in a catabolic state when you wake up. So this is the ideal time to throw in a whey protein shake to kick your muscle building day off

2) Casein is a good protein to take through out the day as it is a slow release protein so your muscles will be constantly supplied with protein.

3) Pre workout & Post workout you need a fast absorbing protein so Whey is an ideal choice

4) During your night long sleep, Casein will keep supplying your muscles with needed protein inflows so you will remain Anabolic during night's sleep.
