I keep getting asked what shows im competing in this year so thought I would let you all know.

Im hoping this is gonna be a big year for me and promise to be the best I have ever been.

This is the show list if all goes to expectations.

Sat 19th May - NABBA North East Champs (Batley Frontier) to hopefully qualify for the Britain.

Sat 2nd June - NABBA Britain (Southport Convention Centre)

Sat 16th June - NABBA World Champs in Dublin (if I do well at Britain and can secure funding).

Sat 3rd Nov - NABBA Universe (Southport Convention Centre)

I might do some other minor shows around the time of the Universe depending on the way I look, but the above 4 are my main priorities.

The NABBA Britain is my ultimate goal, but there will be a lot of hard work and soul searching in the 17 weeks ive got before this.

I hope to do you all proud and come home with some decent silverware in 2012 before I turn my attentions to looking after all the great physiques ive got at present at Tops. John Raynor, Rob Eley, Liam Williamson & Lizzie Lloyd. Watch out for these names they have huge potential.

2012 will be the year I repay my sponsors Active Sports/Muscle King for the faith and generosity they have shown me.
