
Don't forget negative reps!

It is often overlooked but the negative (controlled) part of all exercise repetitions is very important.
Why I hear you say!Well the negative part of the rep is where most muscle damage occurs as opposed to the positive part.
Remember its muscle damage repair that provides muscle growth and increased muscle strength.
It is in this repair process where proteins come into their own.
So DONT forget the negative rep and plenty of rest and grow more than ever!
This is what I will be concentrating on this week.
