
My Muscle King Supplement intake regime

I often get asked now that im sponsored what supplements I take and when.
Well here is a guideline as to what my present daily intake is.When I wake up in a morning the first thing I reach for is my Muscle King (MK) L-Glutamine powder, about 10g mixed with a little warm water so its quickly absorbed and goes to work instantly as its already at my body temperature.
15 mins later I take my MK BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids)
Then its brekky time!
Breakfast is 40g serving of MK Whey Protein blended with water, porridge oats, banana, blueberries & kiwi. I take 2 MK HMB capsules and now im dieting 2 MK ThermoKing fat burners along with my MK CEE's (Creatine Ethyl Ester).
Pre training: I take my MK BCAA's and my MK Tribulus Terrestris.
Post Training: I now have rest of my BCAAs and my MK Glucosamine and MSM capsules.
2pm meal I have 2 HMB caps and do the same with my 8pm meal along with my MK CEE's.
At night time I have my MK ZMA capsules along with another MK Tribulus Terrestris.
At present I am having on average 4 to 5 MK Whey Protein drinks a day. On a night I add Casein to my 20g measure of MK Whey.
I have noticed a big difference in my training performance and how well my body feels since I have been on this regime.
I have had to get myself better organised so I dont want to miss my set supplement intake times.
If I do, I notice a big difference in the way I perform.
This could be my mindset but I dont think so.
I am hoping this regime will put me on stage this year better than ever before. Tighter and Bigger! Watch this space ;)
